Exclusive Aquatic Habitats™ designed tanks are made from FDA-approved, food-grade autoclavable polycarbonate USP Class VI. Their single-piece, injection-molded construction makes them leakproof and virtually indestructible. Blue-tinted baffles and lids help filter algae-growing light.
Our tank and baffle design provides self-cleaning action: the water flows into the tank via the USP Class VI silicone tubing coming from the manifold and hits the sloping front of the tank. This action moves the water (and any settleable solids) across the bottom of the tank, up the baffle channel and out through the overflow spout. |
